This policy explains what personal data CurAItion collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website at curaition.xyz and our waitlist.
01Who we are
CUR(AI)TION LTD (trading as “CurAItion”; “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the curaition.xyz website and the CurAItion cultural intelligence platform. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the “controller” of the personal data described here. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16523909), with our registered office at 68 Victoria Road, London, England, N4 3SL. You can reach us at hello@curaition.xyz.
02What we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Waitlist details — when you join the waitlist, the first name, email address, and role you provide.
- Messages you send us — the content of emails or enquiries.
- Technical data — standard server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) generated when you visit the site.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not ask for payment details on this site. We use the privacy-respecting Bunny Fonts service to load typefaces; it does not set cookies or log visitor data for tracking. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
03How and why we use it
- To contact you about waitlist access and product availability.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
04Our legal bases
Under the UK GDPR, we rely on your consent when you submit the waitlist form (you can withdraw it at any time), and on our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and responding to you. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and waitlist, under appropriate contracts — for example our email delivery provider (Resend) and our hosting provider (Render). We may also disclose data where required by law.
06International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement) to protect your data.
07How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details for as long as needed to manage access and contact you, and then delete them. We keep technical logs for a short period for security and diagnostics. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
08Your rights
Subject to UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- data portability; and
- withdraw consent at any time.

09Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Children
This site and our service are intended for business and professional use, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
