Terms of Use

Last updated · 26 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the CurAItion website at curaition.xyz and our waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them.

Access to the CurAItion platform itself (once granted) is governed by a separate customer agreement — these terms cover the public website and waitlist only.

01Who we are

The site is operated by CUR(AI)TION LTD (trading as “CurAItion”; “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16523909), with its registered office at 68 Victoria Road, London, England, N4 3SL. You can contact us at hello@curaition.xyz.

02Using the site

You may use this site for lawful, personal or business purposes in line with these terms. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or related systems;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by law;
  • introduce malware or otherwise disrupt or impair the site; or
  • misrepresent your identity or submit another person’s details without authority.

03The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in CurAItion. It does not create a contract, guarantee access, or oblige us to provide the service. We may contact you about access and, at our discretion, offer or decline it. We handle the details you submit in line with our Privacy Policy.

04Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, design, graphics, the CurAItion name, logo, and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

05Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites or services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and a link doesn’t imply our endorsement.

06No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.

08Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted; we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
